Michelle Ng'ong'a is an Ecosystem and Engagement Analyst intern with the XPRIZE Canada Hub based out of the University of Calgary. In this role, she works to map innovation ecosystems and open doors for the startups, researchers, and organizations working on tomorrow's biggest challenges. She brings genuine curiosity to understanding what innovators need, and genuine care about helping them get there.

Michelle is an MBA Candidate at the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary, specializing in Global Energy Management and Sustainable Development. Operating at the intersection of finance and social good, she brings a robust background spanning impact investing, financial analysis, and business development. She is passionate about collaborating with visionary organizations dedicated to solving real- world societal problems, and has a proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar investments across emerging markets, with a core focus on financial inclusion, agriculture, renewable energy, and local infrastructure.
